What is MPR (MOVEMENT & POSTURE RESTORATION)?
Movement and Posture Restoration (MPR) is a unique healing method that reduces and even eliminates pain and tightness.
It can improve posture, and increase your range of motion, strength, and body’s overall physical performance.
The focus of MPR is to reset your nervous system, to improve signals between the brain and muscles.
Why improve communication between the brain and muscles? Creating stronger signals and communication between the brain and muscles leads to improved muscle function, increased strength and reduction in pain.
Over time the forces of gravity, aging, injuries, and other factors weaken the signals between your brain and muscles, causing your muscles to not function properly.
MPR uses muscle testing to engage the control center of the body to facilitate new learning and strengthen communication with the nervous system.
Almost all MPR clients will notice improved muscle functioning, reduced pain, and improved athletic performance within 3 to 6 sessions. Although each case is unique, MPR can be used to set you on the path to improved functioning.
